Accommodation packages are specified as an all-inclusive concept (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks) for 4 nights (17 - 22 May 2022).
The registration desk will be open between 17 - 22 May 2022, between 08.00 - 21.00. You can get the name badge, congress bag, participation certificate and congress program book from the registration desk.
Our guests who will enter the congress center must have completed the necessary registration process and received their badge. Name badges must be present in all scientific and social activities during the congress. Name badges must be worn throughout the congress for security reasons.
Booth and Exhibition
During the congress, a wide area will be reserved for the companies that have products in the fields of drugs, medical supplies and books to exhibit their products.
Congress language is Turkish. There will be simultaneous translation in the sessions of foreign guests.
Certificate of Participation
All participants who register to the congress will be given participation certificates as of 21 May 2022. Participation certificates must be obtained from the registration desk.
Turkish Rheumatology Congress with International Participation will be credited by TTB-STE Crediting Board. In order for TTB credits to be valid, participants must notify the agency of their TR Identity Number before the meeting and must have a TTB-STE Credit Card.
Antalya Airport - Hotel - Antalya Airport round-trip transfers will be organized for all participants whose flight ticket details are notified by the sponsor on 17 May 2022 entry and 22 May 2022 departure days. All transfer requests and changes must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the flight times.
* Cancellation requests will be accepted until 5 February 2022 at the latest, after which only name changes can be made.
* All refunds will be made after the congress.
