Registration

• Scientific activities are included in the registration fee.
• VAT will be added to the prices.
• A summary book and congress bag will be given to the participants in return for the registration fee.
• On the days of 18 May 2022 check-in and 22 May 2022 check-out, Antalya Airport - Hotel - Antalya Airport round-trip transfer fee is 700 ₺ + VAT per person. All transfer requests and changes must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the flight times.

Accommodation

• The prices above are for the 4 nights all-inclusive package (18 - 22 May 2022). You can contact the congress secretariat for early entry.
• 8% VAT will be added to accommodation fees.
• Accommodations will be confirmed by depositing the accommodation fees to the relevant account number.

External Participation Fee
Please contact the Congress Organization Secretariat for all congress accommodation reservations. In case the accommodation is not received at the congress hotels or the accommodation is not made through Global Turizm, an external participation fee must be paid for access to the congress hotel. If the external participation fee is not paid, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress, as the entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible. Foreign Participation Fee is 4.000 TL + VAT as a package during the entire congress.
